Terms & Conditions

Please read carefully before joining this program. By enrolling, you agree to the following terms:

1. Nature of the Program

• This is a beta version of the Connected Speech Secrets program.

• The course is being built and refined as we go with input from participants.

• The program may change or evolve during the beta period.

2. What’s Included

• Weekly Group Zoom Calls for practice, teaching, and Q&A.

• Optional Accent Assessment: you may submit a short text reading for feedback. Turnaround time is typically within 7–10 business days (business days are Monday to Thursday).

• Lifetime Access to all future updates of this specific course once finalized.

• Temporary Private Facebook Group Access until the end of the beta program (group will close once the program ends).

3. What’s Not Included

• A fully polished, pre-built course (we are building and refining the program together).

• Ongoing access to the Facebook group after the beta ends.

• 1-on-1 private coaching or personalized support outside of what’s stated above.

4. Payments & Refunds

• Enrollment requires full pre-payment.

• Beta pricing is a special, limited-time offer and reflects the unfinished nature of the course.

• Payments are non-refundable.

5. Participant Expectations

• You agree to attend group sessions live when possible and to participate respectfully.

• You are responsible for your own practice (recommended: 10–15 minutes per day if you want to see results).

• Transformation depends on your active participation and effort. No specific results are guaranteed.

6. Telegram Group Participation

• As part of this beta program, you may be invited to join an optional Telegram group (“Office Hours”).

• By submitting a voice message or any content in the Telegram group, you agree that it may be used by American Accent Training with Jess for educational purposes, including integration into the course and/or the resource library for current and future clients.

• Messages will never be shared outside of the program context (e.g., on social media) without your explicit permission.

7. Intellectual Property

• All program materials, recordings, and resources are the property of American Accent Training with Jess.

• You are granted personal use only. Materials may not be shared, distributed, or repurposed.

8. Consent for Feedback Use

• If you submit recordings or feedback, you consent to their use within the program (e.g., as examples during group calls or for future program improvements).

• Your submissions will not be shared publicly without your explicit permission.

9. Disclaimer

This program is for educational purposes only and does not provide any professional, medical, or therapeutic advice. Results will vary depending on individual effort and participation.
