By enrolling in Fast English Vault, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.

You also understand that parts of the training may be released progressively during the early access phase.

1. Nature of the Program

Fast English Vault is a self-study training bundle that includes:

• Native Speaker Secrets (connected speech training)
• Stress, Rhythm & Intonation Simplified (second training)

Native Speaker Secrets (core course) is complete and accessible immediately, with an Extras section that is continuously being developed.

Stress, Rhythm & Intonation Simplified may be released progressively as it is being built.

Both trainings are self-study and designed as standalone resources.

2. What’s Included

• Immediate access to the full Native Speaker Secrets core course (≈2.5 hours)

•  Access to Stress, Rhythm & Intonation Simplified (released progressively)

•  Lifetime access to both trainings and all future updates

•  Access to new practice materials, examples, and resources in these courses as they are added over time

• We reserve the right to update, modify, or remove content at any time.

3. Community Access (If Included)

Community access (e.g., Telegram or other platform) is provided for a limited time as stated at purchase.

We reserve the right to modify, replace, or discontinue the community at any time.

Community access does not include personalized coaching, guaranteed responses, or ongoing support

4. Accent Review (If Purchased)

The Accent Review is a one-time diagnostic service designed to identify key pronunciation patterns and provide guidance for improvement.

• The review is based on:
  • One voice recording of a predetermined passage (required)
  • One spontaneous speech sample (recommended)
• The spontaneous sample is used for additional analysis and may help identify patterns not present in structured reading.
• The Accent Review is:
  • A one-time evaluation, not ongoing coaching
  • Delivered as a recorded review and/or written feedback
  • Based solely on the audio submitted by the participant
• Ongoing support, follow-up coaching, or continued feedback is not included unless explicitly stated
• Voice recordings must be submitted within 3 weeks of purchase
  • If recordings are not submitted within this timeframe, the Accent Review may be forfeited without refund

5. What’s Not Included

• 1-on-1 coaching, private assessments, or personalized feedback

• Live classes, live group sessions, or real-time instruction

• Guaranteed results or outcomes

• Ongoing support, follow-up feedback, or continued guidance after an Accent Review

6. Payments & Refunds

• Access to the training is provided immediately upon purchase through your online account

• Full payment is required at the time of purchase

• All sales are final and non-refundable, due to immediate access to digital content and lifetime updates

• This policy also applies to Accent Reviews and other one-time services
• By purchasing, you acknowledge that you will not receive a refund due to change of mind, lack of use, or failure to complete the program.

7. Participant Expectations & Suitability

• You understand that progress depends on your own consistency and practice

• Recommended practice time is approximately 10–15 minutes per day for best results (ideally working on one aspect at a time until mastery)

• This program is best suited for intermediate to advanced English learners who are already generally understood by native speakers

• You acknowledge that working on connected speech too early in the learning process may reduce clarity and intelligibility

• If you are a beginner or frequently not understood by native speakers, foundational pronunciation and clarity-focused training may be more appropriate before using this program

• No specific pronunciation, fluency, or accent outcomes are guaranteed

8. Intellectual Property

All course materials, videos, recordings, documents, and resources are the intellectual property of American Accent Training with Jess.

You are granted a non-transferable, personal-use license only.
Materials may not be shared, copied, distributed, resold, or reproduced in any form without written permission.

We reserve the right to revoke access without refund if account sharing or unauthorized use is detected.

9. Feedback & Testimonials

If you choose to share feedback, suggestions, or comments during this founding member phase, you agree they may be used anonymously to improve the course or future versions.

Your name, image, voice, or identifying information will never be used publicly without your explicit written consent.

10. Educational Disclaimer

This program is for educational purposes only.
It does not constitute speech-language pathology services, medical advice, or therapeutic treatment.

Results vary based on individual effort, background, and consistency.

Accent Reviews are educational in nature and do not replace personalized coaching or therapy.
