1. Nature of the Program

Native Speaker Secrets is a completed online pronunciation and connected-speech course containing approximately 2.5 hours of core instructional content.

This enrollment is part of a Beta phase, which means:

• The core course is complete and accessible

• Additional practice materials, examples, and resources are still being developed

• Beta participants may be invited to provide feedback that helps shape future practice content and improvements

The Beta phase does not mean the course is unfinished. It means you receive early access plus additional perks while the practice library continues to grow.

2. What’s Included

• Immediate access to the full Native Speaker Secrets core course (≈2.5 hours)

• Lifetime access to this course and all future updates to its content

• Early access to new practice materials, examples, and resources as they are added

• Opportunities to provide feedback that may influence future practice content during the Beta phase

• Temporary access to a private community space (if applicable) during the Beta period

3. What’s Not Included

• 1-on-1 coaching, private assessments, or personalized feedback

• Live classes, live group sessions, or real-time instruction

• Guaranteed results or outcomes

• Permanent access to any temporary community spaces once the Beta period ends

4. Payments & Refunds

• Full payment is required at the time of purchase

• Beta pricing reflects early access and additional perks during the development of practice materials

• All sales are final and non-refundable, due to immediate access to digital content and lifetime updates

5. Participant Expectations & Suitability

• You understand that progress depends on your own consistency and practice

• Recommended practice time is approximately 10–15 minutes per day for best results (ideally working on one aspect at a time until mastery)

• This program is best suited for intermediate to advanced English learners who are already generally understood by native speakers

• You acknowledge that working on connected speech too early in the learning process may reduce clarity and intelligibility

• If you are a beginner or frequently not understood by native speakers, foundational pronunciation and clarity-focused training may be more appropriate before using this program

• No specific pronunciation, fluency, or accent outcomes are guaranteed

6. Intellectual Property

All course materials, videos, recordings, documents, and resources are the intellectual property of American Accent Training with Jess.

You are granted a non-transferable, personal-use license only.
Materials may not be shared, copied, distributed, resold, or reproduced in any form without written permission.

7. Feedback & Testimonials

If you choose to share feedback, suggestions, or comments during the Beta phase, you agree they may be used anonymously to improve the course or future versions.

Your name, image, voice, or identifying information will never be used publicly without your explicit written consent.

8. Educational Disclaimer

This program is for educational purposes only.
It does not constitute speech-language pathology services, medical advice, or therapeutic treatment.

Results vary based on individual effort, background, and consistency.
