By enrolling, you agree to the following terms:

1. Nature of the Program

This is a Beta version of the Connected Speech Secrets course.
The course is still being built and refined with input from founding members.
You are purchasing early access to an unfinished program — lessons will be added gradually, and the course may evolve over time based on student feedback.

2. What’s Included

• Future access to the Connected Speech Secrets course, beginning December 25th, 2025 (Christmas Day)

• Early access to a basic “skeleton” version of the course (additional modules and materials will be added over time)

• Temporary private Facebook group access for updates, community, and feedback during the Beta phase

• Lifetime access to all future lessons, updates, and improvements to this specific course once finalized

3. What’s Not Included

• A fully completed or finalized course at the time of purchase

• 1-on-1 private coaching, assessments, or personalized feedback

• Weekly or live group sessions (no live teaching during the Beta phase)

• Ongoing access to the Facebook group after the Beta period ends

4. Payments & Refunds

• Enrollment requires full payment at the time of purchase

• The $27 Beta pricing is a special, limited-time offer reflecting the unfinished nature of the course

• All payments are non-refundable due to immediate access to Beta materials and lifetime updates

5. Participant Expectations

• You understand this is a work in progress and agree to provide feedback that may help shape future lessons

• You are responsible for your own progress — recommended practice is 10–15 minutes per day for best results

• Transformation depends on your active participation and effort; no specific results are guaranteed

6. Intellectual Property

All course materials, videos, recordings, and resources are the property of American Accent Training with Jess.
You are granted personal use only. Materials may not be shared, copied, resold, or distributed without written permission.

7. Consent for Feedback Use

If you share feedback, suggestions, or comments within the program or Facebook group, you agree that they may be used anonymously to improve the course or future versions.
Your name, image, or voice will never be used publicly without your explicit written consent.
