Refund & Cancellation Policy

At American Accent Training with Jess, we want you to feel confident in your purchase. Please read our refund and cancellation policies carefully before enrolling in a course or booking coaching sessions.
1. Digital Courses
All digital courses (including the Fast English Vault), downloadable materials, and practice resources are non-refundable.
Because you receive immediate access to course materials upon purchase, we cannot issue refunds.
Please read the course description carefully before purchasing. If you have questions, contact us before enrolling.
2. Private Coaching Sessions
Pre-payment is required before booking links are released.
Sessions may be cancelled or rescheduled up to 48 hours in advance without penalty.
Cancellations, reschedules, or no-shows made within 48 hours of the scheduled session will result in loss of that session and payment.
If you experience a true emergency or technical difficulties, please contact us — reasonable exceptions may be made at our discretion.
3. 6-Week Coaching Packages
Full pre-payment is required to reserve your 6-week program.
The program must be completed within an 8-week window from purchase.
You may skip up to 1 session during this period.
All unused sessions after the expiration date are non-refundable and forfeited.
48-hour cancellation/reschedule rule applies to all sessions.
4. 12-Session Coaching Packages
Full pre-payment is required to reserve your 12-session package.
Packages must be completed within a 4-month window from purchase.
You may skip up to 2 sessions during this period.
All unused sessions after the expiration date are non-refundable and forfeited.
48-hour cancellation/reschedule rule applies to all sessions.
5. Single Sessions
After completing a coaching program, you may book single sessions as needed.
The standard 48-hour cancellation/reschedule policy applies.
6. 5-Week Bootcamp (Group Coaching)
Bootcamp tuition is non-refundable once purchased.
Group coaching Zoom sessions are not recorded.
Streamyard teaching lessons (only Jess appears) may be added to the private Members Library.
Any 1-on-1 Bootcamp assessments follow the 48-hour cancellation/reschedule rule.
Unused sessions or missed meetings are forfeited and non-refundable.
7. Accent Community Membership
Monthly or annual Accent Community memberships are non-refundable.
Your membership renews automatically until cancelled.
You are responsible for cancelling before your next billing date if you do not wish to continue.
You may cancel anytime; your access continues until the end of your current billing period.
No refunds are provided for partial months, unused time, or past billing cycles.
8. Accent Reviews
Accent Reviews may include both the student’s voice and Jess’s recorded feedback.
Recorded Accent Reviews are non-refundable once submitted or completed.
Private 1-on-1 Coaching Clients
-Accent Reviews and assessments completed as part of private 1-on-1 coaching are fully private by default.
-These recordings are shared only with the individual client and will never be added to the Members Library unless the client provides written consent.
5-Week Bootcamp & Accent Community Membership
-Accent Reviews submitted as part of the 5-Week Bootcamp or Accent Community Membership are not private by default.
-These recordings may be added to the private Members Library so other paying members can learn from real examples.
-If you prefer your Accent Review to remain private and not be included in the Members Library, you must request this in writing before submitting your recording, and additional fees may apply.
9. Commitment & Respect
We value your time and ours. Please be committed to your learning process and respectful of session scheduling.
